Economic Recovery Package

Now, as for this "Recovery" package, how are tax cuts going to help me put food on my table and clothes on my back next month?  As far as I can see, this package is going to give tax credits for your 2009 filing.  That does nobody a fat lot of good now.  Where's the nationalization of the banks?  Where's the nationalization of the Credit Card companies, Wall Street, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds, Pension funds, etc.  Why are we still letting the idiots who got us in this mess in the first place still control taxpayer money?  HOW THE HELL DID THESE PEOPLE EARN BONUSES FOR DESTROYING THE ENTIRE ECONOMY.  

Why didn't every single one of us write our Senators and Congressmen imploring them to put total compensation caps on these good for nothing crooks?  (I'm guilty, I didn't write either.)  Call me a socialist, communist whatever you like.  I'm all about protectionism right now.  BUY AMERICAN.  Bring American jobs back to America.  Stop shipping manufacturing jobs to China, we can still buy the supplies from there, just let us put the stuff together.  Stop shipping call center jobs to India and Pakistan.  How is a foreigner supposed to understand our issues, when we make more a week than they make in a month?  How are foreigners supposed to help fix our computers, or other electronic devices when I'm not even sure they have electricity?  Someone, please tell me how OUR economy is supposed to grow when we have no jobs to go to?  I've said it before, not everyone is college material.  We still need laborers here.  We still need people at the "so called" bottom of the food chain for data entry, service related, and labor intensive work.  I mean, I'm at the bottom of the food chain, and I work hard at whatever job I do.  I take pride in my work, and I want to do well, gain respect and move ahead.  I shouldn't need an Associates Degree to be an Administrative Assistant.
